Allsop – Facilities Management

Hybrid currently work in partnership with Allsop property consultants on two locations based in Greater Manchester; The Duet and The Trilogy. Hybrid carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Contracts as well as offer a bespoke multi disciplined reactive service.

When The Trilogy opened in 2019 Hybrid were approached by Allsop with the view to be appointed as Facilities Management partners offering planned and reactive maintenance works package. As part of the process Hybrid consulted the handover documentation from the principal contractor and developed a bespoke PPM planner covering all the mechanical and electrical assets within the facility. Using our experience on similar buildings and working closely with The Trilogy’s management team Hybrid’s proposal was accepted and we were awarded a 12 month Maintenance Contract.

Our dedicated Project Team headed up by Project Manager, Jake Flint, carried out in depth site visits and inspections to familiarise the facilities team with the facility. By utilising our collocative approach to customer management we were able to understand the needs of Allsop and also the demands of the building, which is to a successful partnership.

As with any facility incidents and accidents occur regularly which is why Hybrid have a dedicate team of engineers and operatives to ensure that the facility is kept to the highest standards.

Hybrid carry out all regulatory testing and inspections in line with Manufacturers recommendations and any relevant legislation to ensure the facility is always compliant.

Following a successful first year with the Trilogy Hybrid were offered the opportunity to tender for the Facilities Management contract with a brand new development in Salford quays The Duet also managed by Allsop.

The Duet is a slightly larger development with 270 high specification apartments opposed to The Trilogy’s 232 apartments.

Hybrid were successful in their bid for the Facilities Management contract and have pre planned in the full year’s maintenance programme coinciding with the defect period from the main contractor’s warranty period. Hybrid help ensure any defects raised in the first year are flagged immediately to our client ensuring they can get them rectified under warranty.

Hybrid are continuing to work with both facilities and hope to grow the working relationship with Allsop to assist them in more areas of their business.
